Payment Options:     We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards for all orders over $100.00.  We also accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks and PayPal for all orders or for those orders under $100.00.  After we receive your order and payment we will send you an email confirmation with your order number, selected items and expected shipment date.    Note:  All prices are in United States Dollars!    If you choose to pay with a personal check your selected items will be shipped only upon your check clearing our bank (please allow an additional 5-7 days for shipment).
 
Shipping Methods:    All orders shipped within the continental United States will be shipped insured by UPS or USPS Priority Mail within 3 business days from order and payment receipt.  Since all of our items are hand made, and mostly unique one-of-a-kind, we will immediately contact you in case your item has been sold, or is on back order, in order to provide an estimated delivery date, or the option to substitute a similar available item.  We strive daily to keep our inventory and database in a "real- time" availability status!
We are currently offering "Free Shipping" on all orders over $50.00 within the continental United States!  Express deliveries and international shipments are additional and will vary according to time requests and destinations.  Import duties may also apply.  Please contact us via email before placing your order at  clair@malukaonline.com  for additional express delivery and international rates and information.
 
Returns:    We fully guarantee all of our items!  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the undamaged item(s) within 10 days from the date received, together with the original receipt for a full refund or credit.  A "Return Authorization Code" is required before you return the item and inorder to receive the refund.  You may request a "Return Authoriztion Code" via e-mail at clair@malukaonline.com or by telephone at 203-975-8119.
 
Note:     NO refunds will be processed without a "Return Authorization Code" prior to returning the selected item(s)!
 
All items are shipped back at the customer's expense.  For your protection, all returns must be shipped "insured" via UPS or USPS Priority Mail in the original shipping packaging or a suitable replacement carton to protect against any damages.  If your order is damaged upon receipt or return, YOU must make a damage claim within five (5) business days of the date received.  All damage claims can be made via e-mail at clair@malukaonline.com.
